Save the Milkweed, Save the Monarch
Get Free Milkweed Seeds
đ±
White and pink milkweed, grown by hand in Alberta.
Collected from my own patchâthree years in the making. Now ready to share.
If youâd like to plant milkweed to help the monarchs, Iâll send you free seeds from this seasonâs harvest. To keep this program sustainable, I use the old-school method: Self-Addressed Stamped Envelopes.
đž Milkweed Types You May Receive:
Common Milkweed (Pink Blooms):
This is the showy, fragrant classicâbroad leaves and clusters of pink star-shaped flowers. Monarchs love it for both nectar and egg-laying.

Swamp Milkweed (White Blooms):
More delicate and compact, swamp milkweed thrives in wetter soil. Its white flowers bloom in gentle spraysâand itâs just as vital to monarchs.

đŹ How to Request Seeds:
To receive free seeds, please mail a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (meaning: an envelope with your name, address, and proper postage 1st class stamp on it) to the address below. Then Iâll send seeds back to youâno charge.

âš Why It Matters:
Milkweed is the only plant monarch caterpillars can eat. But itâs more than that:
- đż Itâs a perennialâit comes back year after year
- đ§ Itâs drought-resistant, perfect for tough summers
- đ It attracts all kinds of pollinatorsâbees, butterflies, and beneficial bugs
- đ« It grows without pesticides or herbicides
- đĄ And itâs beautifulâfragrant, architectural, and bold in any garden
By planting even one, youâre giving monarchs a place to land, grow, and surviveâwhile restoring the health of your local ecosystem.
Letâs plant with hasteâand without waste.
đŠ One seed at a time, we bring the wings back.
